Julie
Julie Pierce, COA, has been an enthusiastic team member since 1987. Along with serving as the Clinical Coordinator, she is a New Patient Treatment Coordinator and is passionate about caring for the patients of our practice. Julie is the orthodontic retainer technician, as well. She received her National Board Certification as an Orthodontic Clinician in 1996. She and her husband, Joe, have two active teens, Hannah and Austin, as well as her 100 lb. yellow lab, Beau (who is very naughty). Julie enjoys music of all kinds, concerts, reading, meeting new people, spending time with close family and friends, gardening, the beach and traveling. |

Yve
Yve Grundy, one of the smiling front office ladies, has worked for Dr. Wendell since 1990. She is the wife of one soldier, and the mother of another. As an Army wife, she left her native California to live in many locations, several in Europe, and settled in Williamsburg because here is where she bought her very first house and here she found a job she truly liked. |

Jan
Jan Newton is an orthodontic assistant who has been taking care of patients since 1990. Jan was a proud stay home mom for 10 years before joining Dr. Wendell’s practice. She and her husband, Gary, have two grown daughters, Kim and Hayley. Jan enjoys reading, working with the children’s programs at her church, and loves football, especially UVA. Weekends will usually find Jan and her family enjoying the local waterways in their boat. |

Lisa
Lisa Cox came to the practice in 1999 as an orthodontic assistant. She has been working in the dental field for over 20 years. She takes great pride in her duties as Flow Coordinator, keeping the schedule flowing smoothly throughout the day. Lisa has a great passion for working with computers and is the Televox Coordinator that handles our HouseCalls, emails and webpage. Lisa and her husband, John, have a busy family life with five children, Sarah, Mandy, Michael, Chelsea and Katy, two wonderful grandchildren, Kaleigh and Aaron, and their sweet cat, Tucker. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her grandchildren, cooking, entertaining friends and going on vacations to the beach. |

Lynn
Lynn Milligan has been an administrative assistant with Dr. Wendell since 2000. Lynn and her husband, John, are long time Williamsburg residents. Before working at Dr. Wendell’s office she worked in the James City County school systems for 13 years. Lynn and her husband are parents of two grown children, Katie and Todd. Lynn loves traveling and spending time at the Jersey shore each summer. |

Jessica
Jessica Chapman, a Williamsburg native, came to our practice with 11 years of orthodontic experience, including four years in Florida. She has been a clinical assistant and new patient coordinator with our practice since 2001. Jessica and her husband, George, live in West Point, where they stay very busy with their three adorable children, Colton, Macy and Pearson. When she has spare time, she enjoys going to yard sales and biking with the family. |

Missy
Missy Huth is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she worked in an orthodontic office for four years. She then relocated to Texas and worked as an assistant for two additional years. Missy felt that it was very important for her to be a stay home mom and she took a leave of absence for 14 years. All three of her daughters started their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Wendell and Missy liked the office so much she decided it was time to go into the work force again. Missy came to the practice in 2001. She and husband, Chris, are parents to three daughters, Carley, Nicole and Rachael. The girls keep them busy with all their extracurricular activities. Missy enjoys reading, spending time with her family, enjoying her new niece, Andie, and traveling to the beach. |

Kim
Kim Bunn-Emond, a Boston native, came to the practice in 2003 as an experienced orthodontic and dental assistant. She worked as a dental assistant for a pediatric dentist in Boston for two and a half years and, after moving to Williamsburg, she worked for a general dentist for three years. She and her husband, Kris, are busy parents to Kristin and Erica. Kim loves animals and has a precious dog named Shelby who is like another child. You can see Kim at most of the local softball tournaments watching her daughters play for the Williamsburg Starz, a traveling softball team. Kim also loves the Red Sox, traveling, spending time with her family and going to the beach. |

Maggie
Maggie Morgan has served as a financial assistant with Dr. Wendell since 2007. After a 25-year career with the U.S. Government and serving overseas, Maggie and her husband, Ron, retired in Williamsburg. She has lived in Austria, Switzerland, France, Germany, Vietnam and Taiwan. She has also lived in Dallas, Boston, San Francisco and Washington D.C. Maggie can boast that, as a child, she sat on the lap of Elvis Presley and that the Shah of Iran taught her how to swim. Maggie and her husband have two wonderful daughters, two grandchildren and an adorable four pound Yorkie. |

Sue
Sue Meyer joined Dr. Wendell’s office in 2006. In addition to her experience as an orthodontic assistant, she has 15 years of experience in the dental field. Sue and her husband, Michael, are well traveled and lived in Europe as they served in the Army for 16 years. They are the proud parents of three beautiful dogs, Chester, Rustie and Dudley. Sue enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. Sue has several very special little people in her life that affectionately call her “Sue Sue”. |
